2023 Subaru Forester Pricing Released

October 11th, 2022 by

One of Subaru’s most popular SUVs, the 2023 Subaru Forester, now has a price. When it comes out in December, the 2023 Forester will come in six trim levels: Base, Premium, Sport, Wilderness, Limited, and Touring.

EyeSight Driver Assist Technology is built into all of the models. The new version of the award-winning active safety system, which came out last year, has a wider field of view and better performance overall. Blind-Spot Detection with Lane Keep Assist and Rear Cross-Traffic Alert come with Automatic Emergency Steering. The safety feature works with EyeSight and Blind-Spot Detection to help you steer and avoid a crash at speeds of less than 50 miles per hour.

As in previous model years, all Forester models come with seven airbags: frontal airbags for the driver and front passenger, side curtain airbags, side pelvis/torso airbags, and a knee airbag for the driver.

All Forester models have a 2.5-liter SUBARU BOXER® engine paired with a Lineartronic® CVT and Subaru Symmetrical All-Wheel Drive. The engine with direct injection makes 182 horsepower and 176 lb-ft of torque. The Forester is a very fuel-efficient SUV that can get up to 33 mpg on the highway, according to the EPA. The small SUV can also pull up to 1,500 pounds (3,000 pounds for the Wilderness) and comes with Trailer Stability Assist as standard.

The Subaru Forester is still one of the most praised cars made by the company. Kelley Blue Book gave Forester two awards this year: the 2022 Kelley Blue Book Best Resale Value Award and the 2022 Kelley Blue Book 5-Year Cost to Own. The small SUV also won its category in the 2022 Best Cars for Teens list from U.S. News & World Report.
